Born in Melbourne and moved to Geelong in 1972. Studied oil painting under Robert Hollingworth and Shirley Bourne.
Had a love of native animals and birds. Was given permission to care for injured native animals and birds which led to new medium of Pastels and Watercolour in portraying wildlife.
In 1990 graduated from Ballarat University( Bachelor of Arts) majoring in Printmaking and Graphic Design
In 2006 to 2010 Studied at RMIT Textile & Design covering Photography, Screenprinting, Drawing, Experimental Textiles, Design Principles & Elements.
Past member of Wildlife Artists Society, Victorian Artists Society and local artist societies.
Has since gone back to her love of printmaking, more recently undertaking workshops learning mezzotint from artist Graeme Peebles.
Has also participated in numerous shared exhibitions in galleries in the Geelong region and throughout Victoria.
